The Micro Commercial Components (MCC)  SM6S24AHE3 TVS Diode is designed for unrelenting overvoltage protection in a compact DO-218AB-2 package. This diode features a low leakage current, good clamping capability, and bi-directional polarity. The SM6S24AHE3 diode is AEC-Q101-certified to comply with stringent industry standards. The IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) protection rating is an impressive ±30kV for both air and contact discharge. The SM6S24AHE3 TVS diode is a reliable solution to safeguard sensitive electronic components against voltage transients, ESDs,  and overvoltages. The exceptional peak pulse power of 4600W and a working voltage of 24V help the diode to work in the most demanding auto and industrial applications.
