EM70x Composite P-Clamps

TE Connectivity's EM70x Composite P-Clamps are engineered with separate mounting and locking features and can be installed earlier in the assembly process. These P-Clamps are cushioned cable mounting and accessories, operating in a temperature range of -65°C to 85°C. The EM70x P-clamps come in various sizes, such as 03, 05, 07, 09, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21. These P-clamps are made of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) material and the cushion inside is made of chloroprene. The composite clamps feature a quick-lock that allows operators to quickly open and close clamps as needed. These EM70x clamps come with separate mounting and clamping features that allow flexible and modular assembly processes. The P-clamps also incorporate a hardware-free locking mechanism that eliminates the risk of FOD. Typical applications include commercial aviation, military aerospace, military vehicles, marine vehicles, industrial vehicles, rail, and automotive.
