SL0902A/CG5 Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs)

Littelfuse SL0902A/CG5 Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) offer high surge ratings in a miniature package. The SL0902A/CG5 devices provide high protection against fast-rising transients in the 100V/μs to 1kV/μs range, typically caused by lightning disturbances. These robust GDTs can divert a 2500A pulse without destruction and deliver high protection using non-radioactive elements. The series is UL recognized, RoHS compliant, lead free, and conforms to ITU-T K12 and IEC 1000-4-5. Additional features include ultra-low insertion loss, low capacitance of <1pF, and a GHz working frequency.
