AC164167 8-Pin SOIC Socket Board

Microchip Technology AC164167 8-Pin SOIC Socket Board is designed to develop applications using microcontroller boards that support the mikroBUS extension header. The socket allows the user to try out the various configurations of the TA100 device to select an optimal configuration for a given application. This Microchip Technology  AC164167 board supports both 3.3V and 5V supply operations and can be used with either I2C or SPI interfaces present on the device. The AC164167 board’s dimensions match the medium-sized add-on board defined in the mikroBUS specification. Using an adapter board, the socket board can also be used with Microchip microcontroller development boards that support an Xplained Pro interface. This socket board features onboard 4.7kΩ I2C resistors, an onboard LED power indicator, one mikroBUS connector, and an optional GPIO header.
