iC-DN Low-Side Switch

iC-Haus iC-DN Low-Side Switch is a monolithic low-side switch for ohmic, inductive, and capacitive loads. This switch is designed for a wide input voltage range of 4V to 36V. The iC-DN low-side switch output acts as a current source with a low saturation voltage. This switch features a minimum output current of 200 mA and protects against short circuits. The iC-DN low-side switch operates from -40°C to 120°C temperature range. This switch allows decoupling of input and output reference voltages, permitting control by 5V logic. Typical applications include relays, inductive proximity sensors, and light barriers.
