BAS40L 40V Small Signal Schottky Diodes
Vishay Semiconductors BAS40L Small Signal Schottky Diodes feature low turn-on voltage and fast switching in a leadless ultra-small DFN1006-2A package. These modules offer 40V reverse voltage, 200mA forward current, 1.7A non-repetitive forward current, and 200mA repetitive peak forward current. A PN junction guard ring protects the BAS40L series against excessive voltage, such as electrostatic discharges (ESD). The surface-mount DFN1006-2A plastic package includes visible and sidewall-plated / wettable flanks. This construction is designed to provide more reliable power dissipation than SOT-23 packages. Vishay Semiconductors BAS40L Small Signal Schottky Diodes are ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
