AD4086 Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs)
Analog Devices Inc. AD4086 Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are high-speed, low-noise, low-distortion, 14-bit, Easy Drive, Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs. These ADCs maintain high-performance Signal-to-Noise andDistortion (SINAD) ratio >90dBFS at signal frequencies in excess of 1MHz. The AD4086 ADCs include a low-drift reference buffer, LDO regulators to generate ADC core and digital interface supply rails, and a 16K result data FIFO to reduce the load on the digital host. The Easy Drive features reduce both signal-chain complexity and power consumption while enabling greater channel density and flexibility in companion component selection. The AD4086 ADCs are available in 49-ball, 5mm x 5mm CSP_BGA, 0.65mm pitch with integrated supply decoupling capacitors. Typical applications include digital imaging, cell analysis, spectroscopy, automated test equipment, high-speed data acquisition, power quality analysis, source measurement units, and electron and X-ray microscopy.
