Microchip Technology DRF1510 Driver-RF MOSFET Hybrids are a complete bridge device optimized for maximum efficiency in class D amplifiers. The DRF1510 features a proprietary anti-ring function to eliminate cross conduction in bridge or push-pull topologies. The Microchip DRF1510 Driver-RF MOSFET Hybrids can be externally selected in either an inverting or non-inverting configuration.
