NCP731 Low Noise CMOS LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP731 Low Noise CMOS LDO Regulators are designed for up to 38V input and 150mA output current. The NCP731 regulators offer low noise, a low quiescent current, a fast transient response and high input/output voltage ranges. Internal short circuit and over-temperature protections save the devices from overload conditions. The low noise (8µV_RMS) makes the onsemi NCP731 LDO regulators an ideal solution for applications where clean voltage rails are critical for system performance. These applications include power operational amplifiers (OpAmps), analogue-to-digital (ADCs) / digital-to-analogue converters (DACs) and other precision analogue circuitry.
