NCP731 Low Noise CMOS LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP731 Low Noise CMOS LDO Regulators are designed for up to 38V input and 150mA output current. The NCP731 regulators offer low noise, a low quiescent current, a fast transient response and high input/output voltage ranges. Internal short circuit and over-temperature protections save the devices from overload conditions. The low noise (8µVRMS) makes the onsemi NCP731 LDO regulators an ideal solution for applications where clean voltage rails are critical for system performance. These applications include power operational amplifiers (OpAmps), analogue-to-digital (ADCs) / digital-to-analogue converters (DACs) and other precision analogue circuitry.
