2DD DC-DC Converters for Gate Drive

Tamura 2DD DC-DC Converters for Gate Drive are dedicated to driving various SiC and IGBT power modules. Features include a wide input voltage, low stray capacity, and high-speed response and accuracy. The low parasitic capacitance of 9pF and insulation voltage of 5kV make Tamura 2DD ideal for applications such as inverters, battery chargers, robots, and more.
