IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

LT3942 Synchronous Buck-Boost Converter

Analog Devices Inc. LT3942 Synchronous Buck-Boost Converter is a monolithic 4-switch synchronous buck-boost LED driver. The driver can regulate the LED string current up to 34V with input voltages above, below, or equal to the output voltage. The proprietary peak-buck peak-boost current mode control scheme allows adjustable and synchronisable 300kHz to 2MHz fixed-frequency operation, or internal 25% triangle spread-spectrum operation for low EMI. With 3V to 36V input, 0V to 36V output, and seamless low-noise transitions between operation regions, LT3942 is ideal for LED driver applications in automotive, industrial, and battery-powered systems.
