VN70 & VND70x0 High-Side Driver for Automotive

STMicroelectronics VN70 & VND70x0 High-Side Drivers for Automotive Applications are single and double channel high-side drivers manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower® M0-7 technology. These STMicroelectronics high-side drivers are housed in SO-8, PowerSSO-12, PowerSSO-16, and PowerSSO-36 packages. The devices are designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interfaces, providing protection and diagnostics. The devices integrate advanced protective functions like load current limitation and overload management and over-temperature shut-down with latch-off. A toggling on the INPUT pin unlatches the output in case of fault.
