Vishay Semiconductors SiP32104 6.5mΩ Bidirectional Switch is designed for efficient power management. The Vishay Semiconductors SiP32104 isolates A and B ports in the off state and features an ultra-low 6.5mΩ typical on-resistance at 3.3V. Operating within a +2.3V to +5.5V input range, the SiP32104 is ideal as a battery-disconnect switch for high-capacity batteries and multi-source power applications requiring bidirectional on/off control.
