Analog Devices ADRF5063 Nonreflective Differential SPDT Switch operates from 9kHz to 13GHz with an insertion loss of lower than 0.9dB and isolation of higher than 40dB. The ADRF5063 has an RF input power handling capability of differential 31dBm for through paths, differential 30dBm for terminated paths, and differential 27dBm hot switching at the RF common port.
