FG Flip Guards & TG Toggle Gaurds

OTTO FG Flip Guards and TG Toggle Guards protect switches from accidental activation. The FG Flip Guard assembly offers a maintained or momentary actuation for pushbutton switches with a 15/32 threaded bushing. These TG toggle guards are for two- and three-position toggle switches with 15/32-32 threaded bushings and slotted or flat keyways. The toggle guards meet military specifications. These devices are ideal for defense, commercial aviation, aerospace, construction, agriculture, and industrial applications.

TG Toggle Guards

OTTO TG Toggle Guards deliver mechanical protection and operational clarity for toggle switches used in rugged or regulated environments. Compatible with two- and three-position switches featuring 15/32-32 threaded bushings and either slotted or flat keyways, these guards meet stringent military specifications. A standout feature is the spring-loaded cover, which locks positively in both open and closed positions, allowing free switch operation when needed and secure protection when not. This design helps prevent accidental actuation and supports compliance with safety standards. OTTO TG Toggle Guards are front-panel mountable, streamlining integration into existing systems.
