Infineon Technologies PROFET™ Wire Guard 12V Automotive Smart Switches combine I²t wire protection and low-power IDLE mode. The Infineon switches have adjustable overcurrent protection for efficient automotive wire protection in modern power distribution. This Infineon eFuse solution, with sequential diagnosis, ensures dependable power and is ISO26262-compliant for functional safety-related applications.
