TBU-RS Dual Channel High-Speed Protector

Bourns^® TBU-RS Dual Channel High-Speed Protector is a Transient Blocking Unit (TBU) overcurrent and TVS overvoltage protector for the RS-485 communications interface. This high-speed protector offers 1μs fast protection response time and 850V maximum impulse voltage. The TBU-RS protector comes in 8mm x 5.5mm dimensions and is RoHS compliant. This overcurrent protector is ideal for RS-485 interface surge protection and Antenna Interface Standards Group (AISG) modem protection.
