PNE650 Hyperfast Recovery Rectifiers
Nexperia PNE650 Hyperfast Recovery Rectifiers are high-power-density, hyperfast switching recovery rectifiers utilising high-efficiency planar technology. Nexperia PNE650 rectifiers are housed in a D2PAK Real-2-Pin (SOT8018) package. The devices boast a reverse voltage (VR) of ≤650V, forward current (IF) of up to ≤20A and a typical switching time (trr) of 20ns.
