NCP51200 3A Source/Sink DDR Termination Regulator

onsemi NCP51200 3A Source/Sink VTT Termination Regulator for DDR, DDR-2, DDR-3, DDR-4 is designed for low input voltage and low noise systems where space restrictions are key considerations. Designers can use NCP51200 in low power chipsets and graphics processor cores that require dynamically adjustable output voltages. The device supports a remote sensing function and all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination. NCP51200 device only requires a minimum output capacitance of 20µF and offers a fast transient response. AEC−Q100 Qualified and PPAP Capable, NCP51200 provides NCV prefix for automotive and other applications requiring unique site & control change requirements, a PGood logic output pin to monitor VTT regulation, thermal shutdown, and VRI reference input that allows flexible input tracking either directly or through resistor divider. With its small, low profile 10-pin 3x3 DFN package and capability to support a 2.5V and 3.3V input voltage rails and PVcc voltage range of 1.1V to 3.5V, NCP5120 is ideal for applications such as DDR memory termination, desktop PCs, notebooks, & workstations, servers & networking equipment, telecom/datacom, GSM base station, graphics processor core supplies, set top boxes, LCD−TV/PDP−TV, copier/printers, chipset/RAM supplies as low as 0.5V, and active bus termination.
