SideWize Connectors

Molex SideWize Connectors feature a side-exit receptacle that eliminates the cable bend radius and a touch-safe / finger-proof design to reduce the risk of electric shock during handling. These error-proof connectors are offered in three color options - each with a unique footprint to prevent the headers from being mounted backward or in the wrong location. This design feature also speeds the assembly process and system integration. The quick-connect / press-to-release functions enable ease of use. Molex SideWize Connectors can be mated and positively locked by simply pushing the receptacle onto the bulkhead connector or pin header. For unmating, users press the button on the side of the receptacle, ensuring no accidental unmating occurs. SideWize cable assemblies are designed to comply with low-halogen requirements.
