ROHM RSB12 150mW Zener Diodes are low capacitance protection devices in an ultra-small mold type (EMD3 or EMD6). The Zener voltage for these devices ranges from 9.6V (minimum) to 14.4V (maximum) with IZ = 5mA. The reverse current for these devices is 0.10uA, with the reverse voltage at 9V. These ROHM RSB12 150mW Zener Diodes are bidirectional and use a silicon epitaxial planar construction.
