IXYS Integrated Circuits IXD704 4A Dual Low-Side MOSFET Drivers are high-speed gate drivers designed to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs in demanding power conversion and switching applications. These drivers provide dual outputs capable of sourcing and sinking up to 4A peak current per channel, or up to 8A peak when outputs are paralleled. TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs simplify integration into a wide range of power management architectures. IXD704 drivers combine fast switching performance with robust protection features, including undervoltage lockout (UVLO), latch-up protection, and proprietary circuitry that minimizes cross-conduction and shoot-through currents. The drivers deliver fast rise and fall times below 16ns and low propagation delays, supporting efficient high-frequency switching operation. Multiple logic configurations are available, including dual non-inverting, dual inverting, mixed inverting/non-inverting, and versions with independent enable inputs. IXYS Integrated Circuits IXD704 Drivers are offered in SOIC-8, thermally enhanced SOIC-8 exposed-pad, and DFN-8 exposed-pad packages to support various thermal and layout requirements.
