Renesas Electronics EVK-RZG3L Evaluation Kit
Renesas Electronics EVK-RZG3L Evaluation Kit is a hardware platform for evaluating the RZ/G3L and the RZ/G3SE microprocessor units. The kit consists of a carrier board and an attachable CPU module board compliant with the SMARC v2.1 standard, supporting development across display-equipped HMI systems and headless IoT edge designs.
The Renesas EVK-RZG3L Evaluation Kit includes an RZ/G3L CPU module with LPDDR4 SDRAM, QSPI Flash memory, eMMC memory, PMIC power supply, microSD card slots, JTAG connector, and eight ADC channels. The EVK-RZG3L Kit also supplies carrier board interfaces for Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, MIPI CSI-2 camera input, Micro HDMI, MIPI-DSI/LVDS, audio, CAN, PCIe Gen2, M.2 Key E, current monitoring, and USB Type-C® power input.
