Schneider Electric Square D 8501 Type R (8501R) Miniature Relays combine up to a 15A resistive rating with a reduced footprint, making them ideal for equipment downsizing and installations where space is at a premium. These compact, plug-in relays operate as logic elements or power-switching output devices. A short armature stroke supports the mechanical life needed for high-speed operation in control systems. The 8501R series includes AC- and DC-operated configurations with SPDT, DPDT, 3PDT, or 4PDT contact arrangements. Available variants support various switching requirements, including inductive loads, low-level signals, and operation in adverse environments. Optional manual operators and pilot lights are suited for circuit testing and for visual coil status indication.
