Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4328 36V Switching Voltage Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4328 36V Switching Voltage Regulators are 4A, low quiescent current synchronous step-down converters. These voltage regulators operate at 200kHz to 2.5MHz configurable frequency range. The MPQ4328 voltage regulators are step-down switching converters with an integrated, internal High-Side MOSFET (HS-FET) and Low-Side MOSFET (LS-FET). These voltage regulators operate at a wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range that accommodates a variety of step-down applications in an automotive input environment. The MPQ4328 regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified and RoHS compliant. These switching regulators are available in a QFN-14 (4mm x 4mm) package. The MPQ4328 regulators are ideal for automotive clusters, automotive infotainment systems, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), and industrial power systems.

The MPQ4328 36V switching voltage regulators offer 1μA quiescent current (IQ) in shutdown mode that allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications. These regulators have a feature where the frequency foldback prevents Inductor Current (IL) runaway during start-up. The MPQ4328 regulators operate at -40°C to 150°C Junction Temperature (TJ).
