ams OSRAM SYNIOS™ E1515 KW SIURA1.KD White LED is designed for high-resolution local dimming LCD head-up display backlighting in automotive applications. This LED enables tight pixel pitch and a high contrast ratio. The KW SIURA1.KD white LED provides an extended color gamut with KSF phosphor technology in an ultra-compact 1.5mm x 1.5mm package. This LED features a reduced emission area and is suitable for secondary optics. The KW SIURA1.KD LED features a 5.5V dual-junction chip, reducing power consumption and enabling a high system efficacy of up to 127lm/W. This white LED is AEC-Q102-qualified and built to meet demanding automotive reliability requirements. Typical applications include Panoramic Head-Up Display (PHUD), head-up display, and LCD backlight.
