Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LT4423-AZ Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LT4423-AZ Evaluation Board evaluates the performance of the LT4423 ideal diode with integrated back-to-back P-Channel MOSFETs and a load switch. The LT4423 diode features 10μA low quiescent current, load switch capability, reverse current protection function, and internal 200mΩ power path. The two independent LT4423 diodes and load switches on the evaluation board share a common ground and operate within a 1.9V to 28V voltage range. The EVAL-LT4423-AZ evaluation board is used in applications such as backup battery diode ORing, wall adapter diode ORing, Schottky diode replacement, and consumer hand-held requirements.
