Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX77874 Quad-Phase Buck Regulators

Analog Devices MAX77874 Quad-Phase Buck Regulators are 16A high-performance regulators for multicore CPU and GPU processors. Transient response, output voltage accuracy, high efficiency, and miniature PCB footprint are provided by a proprietary IP. The MAX77874 includes an I2C programmable output voltage from 0.25V to 1.30V in 5mV steps, with a specified -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Through dedicated logic inputs, the soft-start and DVS ramp rates are I2C programmable. The Analog Devices MAX77874 regulators are available in a 48-bump, 0.35mm pitch WLP package.
