Bourns CDSOD323-TxxSC-Q TVS Diodes
Bourns CDSOD323-TxxSC-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes offer a selection of voltage options from 3V to 36V in a bidirectional configuration. These diodes provide surge and ESD protection applications in the SOD323 package size format. The CDSOD323-TxxSC-Q diodes feature 400W peak pulse power (tp = 8/20µs), 35pF to 250pF capacitance range (0V, 1MHz), and 1µA to 125µA leakage current range. These diodes meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. The CDSOD323-TxxSC-Q diodes are AEC-Q101 compliant and RoHS compliant.
