New Automotive Connectors
Hirose Electric ZE150HV High-Voltage Wire-to-Board Connectors are designed for electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric (HEV) power systems. These robust connectors support 1000V AC/DC, 10A per pin, and operating temperatures up to +125°C, delivering reliable power connections in demanding automotive environments. The compact 4.5mm-pitch design integrates proprietary rib technology that optimizes creepage and clearance distances, while a dual-spring, three-point contact structure offers stable electrical performance under vibration. The modules use a connector position assurance (CPA) mechanism to help prevent incomplete mating, adding an extra level of safety for high-voltage applications. Hirose Electric ZE150HV connectors comply with IEC 60664 requirements.
