Diodes Incorporated PI2EQX16924 2-Lanes/4-Channels ReDriver
Diodes Incorporated PI2EQX16924 2-Lanes/4-Channels ReDriver provides programmable linear-equalization and flat-gain by I2C control to optimize performance over a variety of physical mediums by reducing intersymbol interference. This device features a 2.5Gbps to 16Gbps serial link with a linear equalizer and supports PCIe4 bus specifications. In addition, this device supports four 100Ω differential CML data I/Os and extends the signals across other distant data pathways on the user’s platform. The PI2EQX16924 ReDriver is ideally used in networking, enterprise, server, and storage applications.The integrated equalization circuitry provides flexibility with the signal integrity of the signal before the ReDriver. Whereas, the integrated linear amplifier/buffer circuitry provides flexibility with signal integrity of the signal after the ReDriver. The PI2EQX16924 is an AEC-Q100/101/104/200 and PPAP capable device and comes in a 32-pin, 2.85mm x 4.5mm QFN package.
