Diodes Incorporated SxCMHQ AEC-Q101 Glass Passivated Rectifiers offer high-current capability and low forward voltage drop. The automotive SxCMHQ rectifiers are designed with a guard ring for transient protection and high surge capacity. These devices are ideal as boost diodes in power factor correction circuitry and for secondary rectification and freewheeling for AC-AC and DC-DC converters in high-temperature conditions.
