Guerrilla RF GRF2010W Broadband Gain Block Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF2010W Broadband Gain Block Amplifier offers over 400MHz to 4000MHz linearity with a single match and excellent broadband Noise Figure (NF). This amplifier features excellent gain, 1.9GHz typical RF frequency range, and 1W maximum power dissipation. The GRF2010W amplifier is internally matched to 50Ω at the input and output ports, requiring only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the output. This gain block amplifier can be optimized for applications from 50MHz to 5GHz. The GRF2010W amplifier is used in automotive and cellular industries.
