Guerrilla RF GRF2040 Broadband Linear Gain Block Amplifier offers exceptional gain flatness for small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance applications. This amplifier exhibits superb broadband Noise Figure (NF), linearity over 400MHz to 4000MHz with a single match, and can be optimized for 50MHz to 5GHz applications. The GRF2040 amplifier is internally matched to 50Ω at input and output ports, simplifying output circuitry requirements to just DC blocks and a bias choke. This amplifier operates across a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 8V, with a selectable IDDQ range from 15mA to 90mA for optimal efficiency and linearity. The GRF2040 gain block amplifier comes in a compact 1.5mm x 1.5mm DFN-6 package and is RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include systems requiring flat gain, linear driver amplifiers, small cells and cellular repeaters, and IF amplifiers.Features
