Guerrilla RF GRF7042 Double-Balanced Mixer

Guerrilla RF GRF7042 Double-Balanced Mixer is designed with an integrated LO buffer that can be used as either an up- or down-converter. This mixer, requiring a single-ended LO input, features differential RF and IF inputs. The integrated LO buffer is operated from a single positive supply of 1.8V to 5V for both VDD and VENABLE inputs. The GRF7042 broadband-tunable mixer features an 18mA supply current and operates within the -40°C to 105°C temperature range. This mixer comes in a compact 2mm x 2mm QFN-12 package and is RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include a bi-directional mixer for high-linearity transmit/receive chains and low-power applications.
