Infineon Technologies CYBT-353027-02 EZ-BT™ WICED® Modules
Infineon Technologies CYBT-353027-02 EZ-BT™ WICED® Modules enable fully integrated BLUETOOTH® Smart Ready into a wireless solution. The CYBT-353027-02 features an onboard crystal oscillator, passive components, flash memory, and the Cypress CYW2070x silicon device.
The device offers 512KB of onboard serial flash memory with a standalone design operation. Peripheral functions supported on the CYBT-353027-02 include ADC, timers, UART, I2C, and SPI communication. Additional features include a royalty-free BLE stack compatible with BLUETOOTH® 5.0 and an integrated power amplifier to achieve Class I or Class II output power capability.
