Littelfuse AQ4337-01ETG Bidirectional TVS Diode Arrays are ultra-low capacitance, bidirectional, and provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharge (ESD). A typical capacitance of 0.25pF helps the Littelfuse AQ4337-01ETG TVS Diodes ensure excellent signal integrity on HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces, Thunderbolt, and USB 3.1 Gen 1. These TVS diode arrays safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±15kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipate 7A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition).
