Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMD11xPBQ Schottky Barrier Rectifiers (SBRs) are AEC-Q101 qualified rectifiers with low forward voltage drop and excellent thermal stability. These rectifiers deliver reliable performance in harsh environments of up to 175°C. The SMD11xPBQ SBRs feature 1A low forward drop that helps reduce power losses and improve overall system efficiency. These SBRs offer high surge capability, excellent thermal stability, and moisture sensitivity level 1. The SMD11xPBQ SBRs are halogen-free, Lead-free, and RoHS-compliant. These SBRs are available in a low-profile SOD-323HE package with a typical height of 0.9mm. Typical applications include switched-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling diodes.
