Microchip Technology 23AA04M/23LCV04M 4Mb SPI/SDI/SQI SRAMs
Microchip Technology 23AA04M and 23LCV04M 4Mb SPI/SDI/SQI SRAMs are random-access memory devices accessible via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The SRAM features a 4096K-bit low power and single voltage read and write operations. The 23AA04M and 23LCV04M support a Serial Dual Interface (SDI) and a Serial Quad Interface (SQI) for faster data rates and a 143MHz high-speed clock frequency. The SRAMs provide a built-in Error Correction Code (ECC) logic, which ensures high reliability. The Microchip Technology 23AA04M and 23LCV04M 4Mb SPI/SDI/SQI SRAMs offer a 256 x 8-bit organization with byte, page, and sequential modes for reads and writes. The SRAM operates with unlimited read/write cycles and external battery backup support. The devices are halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.Features
