Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP28600 Synchronous Boost Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP28600 Synchronous Boost Converters are ultra-low quiescent current devices designed for battery-powered applications that require high efficiency and extended battery life. These converters operate with input voltages from 0.1V to 5.25V, start up from as low as 0.7V, and provide adjustable output voltages from 2.5V to 5.25V. The MPS MP28600 features pulse-skip mode, automatic switching between boost and down modes, and true output disconnection during shutdown. With only 600nA quiescent current, up to 88% efficiency at light loads, and a compact SOT563 package, these converters are ideal for wearable devices, portable products, low-power wireless applications, memory LCD bias supplies, and battery or supercapacitor charging systems.
