Monolithic Power Systems MP2130 Synchronous Switcher is a monolithic step-down switch mode converter with built-in internal power MOSFETs. The MP2130 High Light-Load Efficiency, Low-Voltage, Synchronous Switcher achieves 3.5A continuous output current from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. Monolithic Power Systems' MP2130 is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) Battery. MP2130 High Light-Load Efficiency, Low Voltage, Synchronous Switcher is ideal for a wide range of applications including PDAs, portable instruments, DVD drives, small handheld and battery-powered devices.
