NXP Semiconductors JN5169 2.4GHz ZigBee Expansion Kits

NXP JN5169 2.4GZ ZigBee® Expansion Kits contain components that form a ZigBee network node based on the NXP JN5169 wireless microcontroller. The NXP JN5169XK010 Expansion Kit creates a node providing switch, level control, and LED functionality. The NXP JN5169XK020 Expansion Kit is used to create a node providing lighting and sensor functionality. The node created by these expansion kits can be introduced into the network via ZigBee commissioning. The nodes can optionally use NFC commissioning, by adding an NTAG® I2C kit (available separately).

The JN5169 module supplied in these kits is pre-programmed as a Dimmer Switch (JN5169XK010) and a Dimmable Light (JN5169XK020) for use in a ZigBee Smart Home network. The JN5169 module can be reprogrammed via a serial connection from a PC running a JN51xx Flash Programmer utility.
