onsemi FAN4910xEVB Evaluation Board
onsemi FAN4910xEVB Evaluation Board is a compact circuit for evaluating the FAN4910X family of buck-boost regulators in a 20-bump Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP). The FAN49101 and FAN49103 IC versions include a programmable I2C interface, and the FAN49100 version is a stand-alone IC with MODE (forced PWM or Auto Mode) and PT (forced pass-thru) feature pins. The board includes a connector for I2C communication. The onsemi FAN4910xEVB Evaluation Board also features footprints for additional input/output capacitors and probe access points at all key circuit nodes, enabling measurement of electrical characteristics.
The PICPODEVK I2C dongle is required for I2C communication with the evaluation board and must be ordered separately.
