onsemi FODM214 AC Sensing Input Optocoupler

onsemi FODM214 AC Sensing Input Optocoupler is a single-channel phototransistor optocoupler in a half-pitch mini-flat 4-pin package with a 1.27mm lead pitch. This optocoupler consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel for AC operation. The FODM214 optocoupler is ideal for DC-DC converters, ground loop isolation, signal-to-noise isolation, adapters and chargers, set-top boxes, power supplies, motor control, and programmable logic control.
