onsemi NCP737 High-Voltage Linear Regulators
onsemi NCP737 High-Voltage Linear Regulators can withstand continuous DC or transient input voltages of up to 65V with an ultra-low quiescent current below 5μA. These linear regulators feature an enable pin that is compatible with standard CMOS logic and an internal power good circuit with a user-programmable delay via an external capacitor. The NCP737 linear regulators are stable with small 1F ceramic output capacitors, which allows a smaller PCB design. These linear regulators offer the benefits of a thermally enhanced MSOP8 EP and DFNW8 3x3 (on request) packages. Typical applications include telecom, industrial, home automation, smart metering, white goods, battery-powered hand tools, battery and high-voltage rail Sensors, alarms, and security systems.
