onsemi NSR30CM3 Schottky Barrier Diodes are designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. The onsemi NSR30CM3 has an extremely low forward voltage that reduces conduction loss. This miniature surface mount package is excellent for hand−held and portable applications with limited space.
