Renesas Electronics R9A02G021 Low Power RISC-V Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer an embedded in-house RISC-V CPU core with high performance and 48MHz frequency. These MCUs consume low power with an optimal mix of high-performance operation, low active current, excellent standby current, and fast wakeup. The R9A02G021 RISC-V MCUs feature 16KB SRAM, 4KB data flash, 12-bit A/D converter, and operate at 1.6V to 5.5V wide voltage range. These RISC-V MCUs support a wide range of QFN packages from 48, 32, 24, and WLCSP16, with high-temperature operation Ta up to 125°C. Typical applications include consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial sensors, sensor modules, bus-powered sensors, medical sensors, health tracking, remote controls, battery-powered devices, detectors, vehicle tracking, and inverters.Features
