Renesas Electronics RH4Z2502-PMOD Evaluation Module
Renesas Electronics RH4Z2502-PMOD Evaluation Module adds IO-Link functionality to compatible standard MCU boards. The RH4Z2502-PMOD enables evaluation of the licensed IO-Link-compliant stack library with RA2 MCU boards, reducing development effort and eliminating the need for an additional stack license. Support for 3.3V and 5V operation provides flexibility across compatible development platforms.
The Renesas RH4Z2502 IO-Link PHY combines embedded surge, overload, overvoltage, and reverse-polarity protection with two integrated LDOs and a wide operating temperature range. Its compact SMT package helps reduce PCB space and external component requirements in IO-Link devices. The RH4Z2502 PHY is ideal for industrial sensors, actuators, SIO-mode devices, and PWM control systems that require robust communication and voltage-level shifting.
