STMicroelectronics FDA903S Class-D Automotive Audio Amplifier
STMicroelectronics FDA903S Class-D Automotive Audio Amplifier is specifically designed for automotive applications, especially e-Call and telematics. The FDA903S incorporates a 24-bit, 100dB DAC conversion and PWM class-D output stage with feedback before the LC filter. This configuration can create the design of a compact and inexpensive application. The STM FDA903S Class-D Automotive Audio Amplifier supports I2S and TDM digital bit stream up to 16CH with several sampling frequencies from 8kHz to 96kHz. FDA903S embeds a complete diagnostic in play, including real-time load-current monitoring and a digital admittance meter, to deliver the most demanding OEM requirements regarding speaker control and system robustness/ reliability. The FDA903S supports start stop cranking down to 3.3V.
The FDA903S is housed in a very compact and thin QFN 5x5 package.
