EPCOS / TDK Open Mode Multilayer Varistors
EPCOS/TDK Open Mode Multilayer Varistors offer a 5µA maximum leakage current, 16VDC voltage rating, and 800pF to 3.6nF capacitance range. G Series Varistors feature an open-mode design that excludes an overlap of the inner active area with the termination bandwidth. These varistors are designed to protect automotive electronic circuits against transient overvoltages, such as electrostatic discharges and surge currents. TDK Open Mode Multilayer Varistors are ideal for spacecraft, medical equipment, and automotive applications.
